Returns & exchanges

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and you then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

These rights are in addition to your statutory rights if something is faulty or not as described — those are never affected by anything on this page.

• Items unworn, unwashed and in the condition they arrived in, with any tags still attached.
• Items in their original packaging where they came in some.
• Please try things on over clothing — makeup, perfume or deodorant marks mean we cannot resell a piece.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept underscarves, caps and hair accessories once the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pierced jewellery and made-to-measure pieces are also non-returnable.

• Email BismillahCollectionz@hotmail.com with your order number and what you would like to send back.
• We will reply with the return address and confirm anything you need to know.
• Send it with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage — until it reaches us it is still your parcel.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund to the original payment method within three working days. Your bank usually shows it within five working days after that.

We refund what you paid for the items. Where you are exercising your statutory right to cancel a whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

The quickest way to exchange for a different size or colour is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — that way you are not waiting for one parcel to reach us before the other is sent. If the size you want is low on stock, email us first and we will hold it where we can.
