Delivery is free on orders over £50.00, after any discount.

Orders are packed and posted within one to two working days. You will get an email with your tracking number the moment yours leaves us.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening is usually posted on the Monday.

Every order is sent with Royal Mail Tracked. Tracking can take a few hours to show its first scan after we hand the parcel over — that is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you are elsewhere and would like something, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

• Royal Mail asks for a parcel to be given 10 working days from posting before it is treated as lost. We know that is a long time to wait, and we will chase it with you.
• If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and email us the same day.
