Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm that your payment has been taken — not when you reach the confirmation page.

We may decline an order if the item is no longer available, if it was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, you will be refunded in full.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

We take care with pricing, but if an item is listed at a clearly wrong price we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel.

We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and no VAT invoice can be issued.

Stock is held for you while you are checking out and released if the payment is not completed. Very occasionally an item sells out between your order and our packing it — if that happens we will tell you the same day and refund that item in full.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on Royal Mail. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery details.

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and we allow 14 days. How to return something.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

• The photographs, text and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or other customers' accounts.
• Reviews must be your honest opinion of something you bought. We may decline to publish a review, but we do not edit them.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses.

We never limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else it would be unlawful to limit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts.
